Working with Senator Barasso
It's been an honor to work with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association's Committee of Ambassadors as their Audiology Ambassador for Wyoming. Jessica Waldron (WY's SLP Ambassador) and I have met with Senator Barasso multiple times to advocate for better hearing and speech services at the federal level.

I've also had the opportunity to work with Senator Lummis to voice concerns in hearing healthcare and share stories from patients in Park County.
Wyoming Board of Hearing Aid Specialists
Currently I serve as the audiologist on Wyoming's Board of Heaing Aid Specialists. I've been honored to volunteer my experience and insight in this important role.

I was asked to be a subject matter expert when the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences began the process of updating their testing materials. This was a great experience working with hearing healthcare providers from across the country.

I'm also proud to be involved with ASHA's Men's Constituency Caucus. Men are only 4% of the professionals in the fields of audiology and speech language pathology. The purpose of the MCC is to attract more men into the profession as demand is anticipated to increase in the near future.

I'm pleased to volunteer at Manna House in Cody. There is a tremendous group of people there who are working hard every week to provide free food to those with food scarcity in our community.
